At the Avian Conservation Institute, all contributions made through our website—whether monetary or in the form of goods such as food, toys, or supplies—are considered charitable donations made in support of our sanctuary's mission.

No Refunds

Due to the nature of our operations and the use of in-kind donations to directly support the care and wellbeing of the parrots and other animals in our sanctuary:

• All donations are final and non-refundable.

• We do not offer refunds for any items purchased through our online donation store, as all items are shipped directly to the sanctuary and not to the donor.

• This policy applies to both one-time and recurring donations, including food, enrichment toys, medical supplies, and similar items.

We deeply appreciate your generosity and understanding. Each contribution goes directly toward enhancing the quality of life and care for the birds in our sanctuary.
